Standard Delivery

Estimated Delivery Time 1-3 business days.(Delhi NCR.)
Estimated Delivery Time 3-7 business days.(Rest of India)

  • All orders processing happens on business/working days only, which includes Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 4 pm IST. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, or after 4 pm IST are shipped from Monday to Friday.
  • Stock units/items are shipped out within 12-36 hours.
  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

What is the Supplement Destination  Shipping Policy? We aim to deliver products/items in excellent condition and as quick as possible. We do not charge any shipping fee, all orders are shipped free.

However due to some unforeseen circumstances(rare cases), we may charge a minimum shipping fee of ₹60, for orders below ₹600. in this case shipping fee will be shown during checkout. (please check)

  • If the order is cancelled, lost or not delivered to your particular location, we will refund the complete order amount including shipping charges if paid online.
  • If you return an order shipped to you, order delivery charges will not be refunded.

What are the shipping rates and delivery Estimates? Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

How do I check my shipment confirmation and order tracking? You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24hours.

Are there any Customs, Duties and Taxes on the products purchased from Supplement Destination ? Yes, there might be customs or taxes on your product. However, Supplement Destination  is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customers (tariffs, taxes, etc.)

Does Supplement Destination  Deliver products outside India? No, currently we are delivering only Pan India and we do not deliver internationally.
